Check-in with yourself, declutter your brain and do something therapeutic every second Friday of the month over a cuppa! If you don’t know where to start – don’t worry! We can build your journal from scratch and help with prompts to get you in the flow! We will have lots of resources available for you to use to customize your journal, from fancy paper, stamps, ink, paints and more!
