Van Gogh Starry Night - Guided Oil Painting

Join us for a relaxed daytime painting session inspired by Vincent van Gogh’s iconic Starry Night.

In this step by step guided workshop, you will learn how to recreate the swirling skies, glowing stars and expressive brushwork that make this masterpiece so recognisable. Whether you are completely new to oils or looking to build confidence, this session is designed to support you at every stage.

During the workshop we will explore:

• Creating movement and texture using directional brushstrokes
• Blending techniques for dramatic skies
• Building depth with light and dark contrast
• Colour mixing to achieve rich blues and luminous yellows
• Layering oils to create energy and atmosphere

All materials are provided, including canvas, professional oil paints, brushes and aprons. You will leave with your own finished Starry Night inspired painting to proudly display at home.

Expect a welcoming, supportive atmosphere with plenty of encouragement. The kettle will be on and the pace gentle, giving you time to enjoy the process and lose yourself in the paint.
