The Becoming Blend - Private Class - Deposits

The session would begin with some gentle, guided journalling around questions like who you are becoming, what you would like more of in your life, and what qualities you want to grow into over the coming months. Nothing heavy or formal, just thoughtful and supportive prompts to help everyone pause and reflect together.

From there, we move into scent. I will guide the group through essential oils linked to different emotional states and life themes, and each person will intuitively blend their own fragrance before pouring a soy wax candle in an amber jar. The idea is that their candle becomes an anchor, a reminder of the version of themselves they are stepping into.

September is such a special time for this kind of work. As we move towards the darker half of the year, it naturally becomes a season for rest, reflection and restoration. It is the perfect moment to slow down, take stock and intentionally choose how we move forward.

We can also include a relaxed buffet style lunch as part of the experience. This will be made up of seasonal, nourishing foods designed to feel grounding and supportive, along with unlimited tea, coffee and fruit juices throughout.
