It’s time to mentally prepare for the week ahead.

This mindful arts and craft session will give you chance to try craft activities that allow lots of time to practice just being in the moment away from the stresses and strains of everyday life.

Each week there will be a range of calming activities to try, absolutely no experience needed. Come for coffee and craft 6pm Sundays
