Join us for a soulful and sensory experience that combines aromatherapy, herbal folklore, and intention-setting in a group Simmer Pot Ritual and Guided Meditation for Manifestation. Together, we’ll build a single, shared simmer pot using carefully chosen herbs, fruits, spices, and essential oils—each selected for their symbolic connection to manifestation, abundance, clarity, and new beginnings.
As the simmer pot gently steams and fills the space with intention-charged aroma, you’ll be led through a guided meditation designed to align your energy, release blockages, and focus your intentions. This is a calming, collective practice of mindfulness, manifestation, and sensory connection.
