Sensory Meditation Workshop

Step away from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in a deeply calming multi sensory evening designed to soothe the mind, body, and nervous system through meditation, atmosphere, scent, sound, and intuitive creativity.

Throughout this immersive session, the space will be carefully curated to help you fully settle into the experience. Soft lighting, ambient music, layered scents, changing textures, gentle warmth, and sensory elements will work together to create an environment that feels safe, grounding, and deeply restorative. You’ll be guided through a slow sensory meditation journey designed to encourage relaxation, presence, and emotional release while allowing you to reconnect with yourself away from the overstimulation of daily life.

Following the meditation, we’ll transition into intuitive painting under soft red lighting to maintain the calm and dreamlike atmosphere. This is not a technical art class or a session focused on perfection. Instead, you’ll be encouraged to paint instinctively using colour, texture, movement, and feeling, allowing your subconscious to guide the process without pressure or judgement.

Afterwards, we’ll spend some gentle time reflecting on the artwork created, exploring emotional responses, colours, shapes, and patterns that may have naturally emerged during the session in a supportive and relaxed environment.
