Create your own woodland inspired hanging decoration by burning your design onto a beautifully shaped 3D wooden mushroom.

In this cosy pyrography workshop, you will learn how to safely use wood burning tools to add pattern, texture, and detail to your mushroom, working with its natural shape to bring your design to life. From delicate line work to deeper shading, you can keep things simple or go more intricate with spots, foliage, or magical woodland motifs.

You will be guided through the basics, but there is plenty of space to work at your own pace and follow your own ideas. Each mushroom becomes completely unique, shaped by your design and the natural grain of the wood.

Once finished, your piece will be completed with twine, ready to hang at home, gift, or add to a seasonal display.
