Join us for a welcoming and beginner friendly introduction to belly dancing with experienced instructor Sandra. With many years of teaching and performance experience, Sandra creates a supportive and encouraging environment where you can relax, have fun, and discover the joy of movement without any pressure or expectation.
Perfect for complete beginners or anyone curious about trying something new, this class is designed for people who may have never danced before and simply don’t know where to start. Sandra will gently guide you through foundational movements, posture, rhythm, and simple combinations at a comfortable pace, helping you build confidence as you go.
Belly dancing is a beautiful way to reconnect with your body, improve coordination, and enjoy movement in a relaxed and uplifting atmosphere. Expect a friendly session full of encouragement, laughter, and a chance to step outside your comfort zone in the best possible way.
Comfortable clothing is recommended, and jingling belly scarves will be provided for you to wear during the session to help you fully embrace the experience. No previous dance experience is needed.
