As the seasons begin to shift and the darker evenings return, many of us notice changes in our mood, energy levels, sleep, and overall wellbeing. This cosy and informative workshop explores how aromatherapy can be used to support emotional wellbeing during the transition into autumn through carefully chosen essential oils, grounding rituals, and seasonal self care practices.
Together we’ll explore a range of essential oils traditionally used to encourage relaxation, comfort, focus, warmth, and emotional balance during the colder months. You’ll learn about blending techniques, scent families, safe usage, and how aroma can influence atmosphere, memory, and mood in everyday life.
During the session you’ll create your own personalised autumn aromatherapy blend to take home, designed around the scents and feelings you are naturally drawn towards. Expect warming woods, comforting spices, calming florals, citrus brightness, and cosy herbal notes that feel like wrapping yourself in a blanket on a dark evening.
This workshop is beginner friendly and perfect for anyone interested in natural wellbeing, seasonal living, mindful rituals, or simply carving out a few gentle hours for themselves as the season changes.
