Channel your inner artist and join us on the third Tuesday of every month for our popular Bob Ross Paint Along! Inspired by the joy and calm of Bob Ross, these sessions are all about creativity, laughter, and happy little accidents.

No experience is needed — just bring yourself and a willingness to have fun. Step by step, you’ll be guided through creating your very own masterpiece in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. We provide all the materials you need, so all you have to do is show up and paint along.

Please note: We’ll be working with oil paints, which take a couple of weeks to fully dry. You’re welcome to leave your painting with us and collect it later, or you can prepare your vehicle/transport with a bin bag or similar surface to safely place your canvas on for the journey home.

Leave with a finished canvas, a smile, and maybe even some paint on your hands!

Spend a slow and creative few hours learning the beautiful art of weaving on a small frame loom.

In this relaxed workshop, you will create your own textured wall hanging using a mix of yarns, fibres and tactile embellishments. Think soft wool, chunky roving, cotton threads, delicate trims, and little details that give your piece depth and personality.

You will learn
• How to warp your loom
• Basic weaving techniques including plain weave, rya knots and soumak
• How to build texture and layering
• Colour blending and fibre mixing
• How to remove your weaving and finish it ready to hang

This class is perfect for beginners and those wanting to slow down and explore a mindful, rhythmic craft. There is something deeply grounding about the repetitive motion of weaving, watching the layers build row by row.

You can keep your design earthy and neutral, bold and vibrant, botanical and meadow inspired, or completely abstract. Templates and guidance will be available, but you are encouraged to follow your own creative instinct.

You will leave with a finished mini wall hanging ready to display at home, along with the confidence to continue weaving beyond the workshop.

Create your own contemporary marbled Jesmonite homeware set from scratch in this relaxed and creative hands on workshop at The Emporium.

In this session you’ll learn how to mix, pigment and pour Jesmonite to create a beautiful coordinated 3 piece set including:

• Ribbed pot
• Lidded storage jar
• Oval tray

We’ll explore colour mixing and marbling techniques inspired by natural stone and terrazzo finishes, so every piece comes out completely unique. Think modern interiors, soft swirls, dramatic marble effects and satisfying creative chaos 😌

Your set will need time to cure fully, so pieces will usually be ready to collect at a later date once sealed and finished.

No experience needed at all. This is a really satisfying process and one of those workshops where everyone ends up going “oooooh” when the moulds come off 😅

Ages 16+

A gentle, playful session designed for little hands and curious minds.

This workshop is all about exploring textures, colours and movement through a range of sensory activities. From soft and squishy to messy and magical, children are free to play, discover and create at their own pace in a relaxed, supportive space.

We’ll have a variety of sensory stations to explore such as messy play trays, water play, scooping and pouring, and themed tuff trays filled with textures to dig into. There’s no right or wrong way to play here, just freedom to explore and enjoy.

Perfect for younger children who love to touch, mix, pour and get stuck in.

All materials are provided, just bring along clothes you don’t mind getting messy.

Come and create your own hand-painted glass trinket dish, completely your design, your style, your little piece of art 🖌✨

In this relaxed, beginner-friendly session, you’ll be working on a 27cm glass dish using specialist glass paints. Whether you want to go floral, abstract, bold and colourful, soft and minimal, or just see what happens on the day, this is your space to play and create.

I’ll be there to guide you through:

• How to use glass paints
• Techniques for layering colour and building your design
• Tips to keep your piece balanced (or gloriously chaotic if that’s your vibe)
• How to get that lovely glass-painted finish

You can bring ideas with you or just turn up and see where it takes you. No pressure, no rules, just a really lovely creative couple of hours.

Join us for a relaxed, social crafting session twice a month at The Emporium. Bring along your latest project — whether it’s painting, knitting, lino printing, embroidery, journaling, or anything else you love to make — and enjoy a few creative hours surrounded by friendly, like-minded people.

This isn’t a taught workshop, and Natalie won’t be instructing during this session (not a one-to-one session) — it’s simply a welcoming space to create, chat, share ideas, and unwind over a brew.

A small selection of craft supplies will be available to purchase on the day, including lino blocks, punch needle hoops and yarn, and paint packs, so you can top up your materials if needed.

Please bring your own materials and leave the space as you found it — clean, tidy, and ready for the next maker.
